堀出隼（ほりでじゅん）
愛知県生まれ。高校卒業後に単身渡仏、パリのアートスクール「ACADEMIE CHARPENTIER」にて基礎科を学んだ後、同校のコミュニケーションビジュアル科を首席で卒業。
フリーのデザイナーとなり帰国後2010 年に妻で料理家の美沙（みさ）と「食とデザイン」を軸としたクリエイティブユニットholidayを結成、2013 年に株式会社holiday を設立。
堀出美沙（ほりでみさ）
神奈川県箱根町生まれ。エスモードジャポン総合科卒。服飾デザインの仕事から料理の世界へ転身し、以降ジャンルを問わず様々な飲食店で修行。
Jun studied communication design at ACADEMIE CHARPENTIER in Paris and graduated as the top graduate. After graduating from there, he became a freelance designer. On the other hand, Misa graduated with a major Design & Creation at Esmod Japon. However, she later changed her career from fashion design to food design and has since trained in various restaurants to become a cooking expert. Jun and Misa met and got married, then they have started “holiday” since 2010 by using their strengths – Design and Food.
